- The machine layout
- Consist of machine
This machine consists of drawing, winding, traverses and pallet unload spool.
- drawing
The drawing section is divided into two parts: front room and the back room. The front room installed: drawing cone, die holder, and idler pulley, etc; the back room is the drive system, installed: all levers belt wheels and security doors,the front room installed the shield of gemel open and close style to avoid the coolant splashing.
the fine wire drawing machine is driven by 3-phase synchronism motor through pulling cones transmitted by all ratio flat belts driving. Its speed is adjusted stepless by inverter. All the bearings,oil seals and flat belts are original imported pieces. The inverter brand is “YASKAWA”.
The darwing cones are arranged levelly, the machine body is forged by 45# steel, and working surface is ceramic coating
- Winding
The winding type is adopted machinery cantalever drive, the winding power come from the taking up wire motor. The tension adjusted by the tension rocker. When the rocker shake up the taking up wire speed decrease, when rocker shake down the speed increase, when the machine working normal. the rocker in level position, When the spool full, the counting meter reach to the setting number,the main machine and taking up motor stop to the low speed slowly the electrical magnet break working, until takeing up axle stop. Take out the full spool, and change an empty spool and repeat the above step.
- traverses
the traverse system is driven by the slowdown motor and traverse shaft back and forth. The two ends of the traverse shaft installed the flat bearings, one end of the leader connected with traverse idler pulley, when the traverse leader work, the traverse idler pulley move back and forth, and the moving range controlled by the distance switch, the position of the distance switch can adjust ,when the width of the winding spool is wrong or change another kind of spool,you can adjust the position of the two distance switch by turning the adjusting wheel in the right and underside of the machine platform, make the traverse back and forth distance and the two sides position of the wire spool match case.
- Pallet for unload spool
This machine installed automatic stop device available when spool full and wire broken. When spool full, the winding shaft stop running ,you can turn the screw of the winding shaft and move three tension jaws to loose the spool. A pallet is installed under the spool and the spool could be put on the pallet and easily take out full spool. when loading the spool, a pallet can be used as well.
- Cooling lubricant
The cooling lubricant system to be used during drawing wire, the users can adopt centre cooling system according to the technics and factory situation
