PVC wire is widely used in electrical cable construction for insulation, bedding and sheathing. PVC wire are typically made of aluminum or copper with insulation covered in a thin layer of PVC. To make PVC insulated wire, a pvc wire extrusion line is necessary for the insulation on copper wire. Besides PVC wire, this extrusion line can also be used to make XLPE, LSZH, TPU, TPE wire by changing the screw.
